Short CV: from October 2009 – march 2014 European Project Manager Prodest – Progetto di Espressione e Sviluppo Territoriale s.c.a.r.l. (www.prodestonline.it) My role consists in monitoring EU calls for proposals and tenders, writing projects (mainly in the field of entrepreneurship, education, research and cooperation) manage and make the financial statements of the projects approved by the EC (European Commission). I also do public relations activities in order to promote our projects and expand our network by creating new partnerships for new European projects. Sometimes I help the education division with tutoring activities. Since 2010 I’m responsible for Prodest’s activities as LIO (Lead Intermediary Organization) under the EYE Program (www.erasmus-entrepreneurs.eu). Below a brief description of my daily tasks for the EYE: coordination and problem solving inside and outside the partnership, contact with the EC and the SO (Support Office), selection and assistance to the program participants NEs (New Entrepreneurs) and HEs (Host Entrepreneurs), monitor the programme website and platform (IT Tool) in order to build successful relationships. Promoting the EYE Program at National level. In 2013 I was in the working team, selected by the SO and the EC, for editing the IOs Code of Conduct. The project is active since November 2013 till May 2014. - 2012: Erasmus for young entreprenuers “3EIII” project, fifth cycle of the Program. Prodest is the Lead partner of the project which is active since February 2013 till January 2015, and I’ll be the contact person till the 28th of February 2014. - 2011: Lifelong Learning Programme – Grundtvig Senior Volunteering “SCE – Senior Citizens Empowerment. The project was active since May 2011 till July 20013. - 2011: Operative Program ESF Basilicata 2007-2013 – Call “Transnational Mobility for Basilicata Region inhabitants providing with entrepreneurial ideas” project “The Basilicata Region Entrepreneurs in the world”. The project is active since January 2012 till April 2014. - 2011: Erasmus for young entrepreneurs “3EII” project - 4th cycle of the program: the project was active from May 2012 till January 2014. Prodest was the Lead partner of the project. I was responsible for the project implementation and coordination, and at the moment I’m working on the financial statement, which will be ready for the 1st of March at the latest. The 3EII partnership is in the top ten of the best performing partnership of the 4th phase. - 2010: Lifelong learning Programme – Grundtvig Workshop “Women creativity and Sustainable consumption”. The workshop was held from the 9th till the 14th of May 2011 in Milan. - 2010: Erasmus for young entrepreneurs “3E” project: the project was active from February 2011 till October 2012 (second phase of the Program). Prodest was the Lead partner. I was also responsible for the implementation of the NWEE – New Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment project - the second phase of the Erasmus for young entrepreneurs programme (DG Enterprise & Industry). The project was active from January 2010 till June 2011. I participated in the financial report of the project. I supported the Vocation Training Division of Prodest for the implementation of the following projects: - 2014: tutor during the implementation of the project management module for the students of the second year of ITS for New Technologies of Life of Bergamo. The module was held in London. - 2013: Support for the implementation of the FIXO project, activities done: guidance for the students of the fifth year of ITIS Natta Bergamo. - 2013: Lombardy Region - DOTE TRAINING - Family’s Assistant Course. Activities: verification of the requirements of the participants, providing information about the training, guidance and aptitude interview, verification of the understanding of the Italian language.
