Short CV: With 20 years of experience working at both a policy and strategic level across a range of sectors Government, Business, Community, Voluntary, Consultancy and Academic in the UK and throughout Europe, I have a proven track record of project design and development in a variety of fields. Highly skilled in partnership development and consolidation, successful fund proposal and bid writing and project implementation and management, I am a team player with meticulous analytical credentials as well as excellent verbal, written and interpersonal abilities. I work well in multi-disciplinary roles requiring innovation, adaptability and creativity. I have successfully designed, written and managed European projects across a broad range of policy areas including: employment and skills, learning and education, community safety, early years and schools, environmental and sustainability projects, policy development and transfer programmes as well as having experience of both ESF and ERDF programmes.
